 Paradise Poker Sucks

Paradise Poker sucks a little.  First off, their software is as bloated as Elvis two days after his death.  You better pray you are not running any other programs, because Paradise Poker will bring your computer to its knees.  Forget running the software... Downloading it can take a few hours as well.  But at least you get to have a few donuts next to you while you play!  Such an important feature, after all.

Once you manage to get your computer running stable and fire up the Paradise Poker client, you will find one of the busiest and hardest to read poker clients available today.  It is as if Paradise Poker take pride in providing their players with severe eyestrain resulting in early blindness.

With all the slow-ass Paradise Poker software installations, it is no wonder their servers crash at the most inopportune times.  They have a tendency to crash for a few hours right when you are about to raise with aces.  If you happen to restart the software when the server comes back to live, you might be able to play it out.  Doubtful, but it has been known to happen.

As if your time waiting for the download, the slow software to respond, and their server to resurrect were not valuable, Paridise Poker has also decided to stiff you on the bonus.  Sure, it is an easy bonus to earn, but it is a piddly-shit $50.  Rather insulting considering they think they are one of the top sites out there.  Once you set up an account they get to work trying to take your cash and the paltry bonus they were so kind to let you have by cramming their blackjack and casino games down your throat.  If you have to ask if this is a good use of your funds, please headbutt a sharp flagpole.  NO, it is NOT a good use of your money!

The one thing that keeps Paradise Poker from sucking too much is their games.  They have Pineapple!  Whoopty-shit, but kind of cool and different.  Their tournaments are also just about the right size, anywhere from 50 players to 500.  Beatable fields.

If you must play online poker, Paradise Poker sucks less than most, so you can play there.
