 Pacific Poker Sucks

Pacific Poker is widely known to have the worst software in the industry.  It is slow, crashes often (usually when you have QQ under the gun), and is hard to navigate.  Don't ever lose your password, because retrieving it may take you a while.  Pacific Poker had a lovely little bug in their software that allowed a player to leave a tournament in the middle of a hand without calling a bet.  They could then win the entire pot including the opponents' bet without having to call.  This bug existed for months and months, and as far as we know it still exists.

One thing about Pacific Poker is that they are clueless when it comes to bonuses.  They award their bonus based on the amount you bet, not the number of hands you play.  Therefore an enterprising player with a lot of money can go play high limits for 20-30 hands and walk off with the bonus.  Not a bad deal if you can avoid server crashes.

Pacific Poker also has pathetic support.  They respond right away... with an automatic response.  Hearing from a real person who knows what the hell they are talking about will take you some time, sometimes a day or more.  Pacific Poker is more interested in getting their poker players to play in their casino than they are in making sure they provide a realistic poker experience.

Despite the shitty software and slow support, Pacific Poker has a bonus system that is easy to abuse and the worst players alive.  They will suck you out constantly but should toss their money at you eventually.  So even though they suck you can make good money here.  Hop on the bandwagon and rip them off before they wise up and change their system!
